There is great satisfaction in making your own food, knowing exactly what is in the meals you serve. It also takes shopping back to the basics, cutting down on all the time we spend reading labels. Bread, mayonnaise, yoghurt, tofu, butter are some of the perishable shopping items easily made at home.

I have a great curiosity about food that has led to some weird and wonderful outcomes.
